Planning and communication are key:

Absolutely. Many groups choose two or more designated contacts.

Your designated coordinators typically manage attendance updates and payment coordination. We only accept payment from a single organizer.

Communication is ongoing and adjusts based on your planning needs and timeline. Simply put, as often as needed!

You’ll work directly with a member of our events team throughout the process. Your account will never be handed from one person to the next. The person who booked it will see it through to the end.

Booking, Contracts & Deposits

We prepare and send an outing contract outlining event details.

Menus, features, pricing, attendance minimums, and event terms.

Contracts are typically due within 10 days.

A $1,500 deposit secures your date and begins planning.

Yes, it’s fully applied to your total event cost.

The reservation deposit is non-refundable.

It’s the minimum number of guests you’re committing to for pricing purposes.

Guest Information & Tickets

Guests can visit our website for details about the property and amenities.

Yes, tickets are required for admission.

Yes, tickets are provided based on age groups.

Tickets MUST be distributed by the event organizer prior to arrival.

The organizer will be asked if the guest should be permitted entrance.

What Guests Should (and Shouldn’t) Bring

Our team may check bags and deny entry if guests arrive with items that are not permitted.

Bathing suits and towels are recommended.

Only if guests plan to use the pools or water features.

All sporting and activity equipment is supplied.

No, pets are not permitted.

Coolers and outside food are not allowed.

Payments & Event Day Experience

Bank check or major credit cards are accepted.

Final payment is due a week prior to the event date.

Our team manages arrivals, activities, and event flow.

Once you arrive, you can relax—our staff handles the details.
